  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Customized or sale items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

2. Process

  2. Our team will guide you through the verification process.

  3. Once approved, you can return the product to our address provided by support.

  4. After inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

3. Refund Timelines

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos and order details.

  • We’ll prioritize replacements or refunds for such cases.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and other hygienic-sensitive jewelry items cannot be returned once worn.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewelry is final sale.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or product value differences.

  • Any price difference must be adjusted accordingly.
